In April, the final of the Third Zhejiang College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition was held on the Zijinggang Campus of Zhejiang University. The teaching teams led by Hu Juan from the School of Urban Construction, Wei Yufen from the School of Management, and Yan Feiwei from the Arts, Crafts and Sports Center were selected for the final of on-site innovation report of the provincial-level competition. After fierce competition, they respectively won the second prizes of the New Engineering Group, the New Liberal Arts Group and the Basic Course Group, and our university won the Excellent Organization Award.

The competition was divided into two parts: online review and on-site review, to mainly review the comprehensive ability of teaching innovation of the teaching teams from three aspects: recording videos of classroom teaching, innovation achievement reports on course teaching, and teaching innovation reports. A total of 269 teachers (teams) were selected and recommended by the universities and colleges across the province to enter the provincial-level preliminary competition, and 103 excellent teachers (teams) were selected to enter the final according to the results of online review of the preliminary competition.

Our university will continue to strengthen the training on the education and teaching innovation ability of teachers, focus on teaching innovation, comprehensively improve the teaching ability of our teachers, and continue to improve the level of education and teaching and the quality of talent training.
