The Global Artificial Intelligence Technology Conference 2022 hosted by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government was held grandly in the Future Science and Technology City of Hangzhou. Prof. Li Lu, President of our university, attended the Natural Computing and Digital Smart City Development Forum on invitation, and made a report on "Actively Coping with Population Aging", with the aim of drawing on other examples of developed countries in coping with population aging, making full use of the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other new generation of information technologies, building a digital platform for smart health care services, and training talents for smart health care.

Smart health care is an important part of digital smart city. In recent years, Zhejiang Shuren University has actively implemented the national strategy to cope with the aging population, established scientific research and talent training platforms such as the Medicine, Engineering and Information Research Institute, the Smart Health Care Industry School and the Interdisciplinary Research Academy, and established data science and big data technology, artificial intelligence and other majors featuring the integration of medicine, engineering and information and smart health care. The university has also actively carried out scientific research and talent training, and made remarkable achievements.
