Recently, Zhejiang Federation of Humanities and Social Sciences Circles (The Social Science Planning Office of Zhejiang Province) issued a notice that, the political consultation report of Suggestions on Zhejiang's Construction of a New Highland for the National Commercial Aerospace Industry co-authored by Chen Hanlun from the Scientific Research Office (Journal) of our university, Wu Junjie from our School of Management, and Wu Keren from Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Research Institute, was selected in the 109th Issue of Zhejiang Social Science News in 2022, and approved and instructed by provincial leaders.

In The 14th Five-Year Plan of Aerospace Industry Development of Zhejiang Province, it is proposed that by 2025, Zhejiang will become a new highland of national aerospace industry; by 2035, Zhejiang will become one of the top aerospace manufacturing provinces in China. In this report, the authors point out that the commercial space industry is an important force to help Zhejiang realize these two goals, analyze the weak links of the current commercial space industry in Zhejiang, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, in which the main points of view include: it needs to develop and perfect policies and corresponding mechanisms for commercial space industry; guide and train commercial aerospace enterprises to help them create innovative ecology system; formulate and improve policies for aerospace talents, and strengthen the recruitment and training of aerospace talents.
