Recently, 9 guests, including Dai Meisong, Deputy Director General of Lishui Science and Technology Bureau, Xiang Weiwen, President of the Institute of Ecological Economic Development of the Organization Department of Lishui Committee of the Communist Party, and Li Lin, Director of the Rural Social Development and Science and Technology Cooperation Department of Lishui Science and Technology Bureau, came to the university to discuss cooperation. Our Vice Presidents, Ye Shiping and Chen Jun, as well as relevant persons in charge of the organization department, scientific research department and other functional departments and the schools attended the cooperation meeting.

At the meeting, Ye Shiping extended a warm welcome to Dai Meisong and other guests on behalf of the university.

Dai Meisong said that the purpose of this visit was to further implement the cooperation carrier and discuss the cooperation contents in details on the basis of many previous contacts. He hoped to strengthen the cooperation between the industry, the university and the research institute by relying on the advantages of the discipline technology and talents of the university, and to help the high-quality economic development of Lishui City.

Chen Jun stressed that accurate services and win-win results between industry and university could be achieved through university-local area and university-enterprise interaction. On the basis of extensive cooperation, it needed to highlight the talent and technology, seriously carry out cooperative research, and scientifically plan cooperative projects, so that all-round improvement of the university education and local development would be achieved through the combination of talent and technology and resources.

At the meeting, both parties had in-depth exchanges and discussions on further accelerating the cooperation between the university and the municipal departments and reached agreement on building a scientific innovation platform for high-level talents, strengthening talent introduction, promoting the transformation of achievements, and carrying out project cooperation.

After the meeting, Deputy Director General Dai Meisong and other guests visited of our university’s Interdisciplinary Research Academy and the Key Laboratory of Pollution Exposure and Health Intervention of Zhejiang Province.
