In order to actively integrate into Keqiao District, serve local economic and social development, and contribute intelligence to the construction of Keqiao Research Institute, our university actively responded to the call of the Science and Technology Bureau of Keqiao District of Shaoxing, and gave full play to the resource advantages of our university's scientific research institutions and scientific and technological talents to mobilize more professional and technical personnel to join the team of science and technology commissioners, encourage and support the expert teams of science and technology commissioners to carry out scientific and technological services and innovation and entrepreneurship at the grass-roots level, help agricultural enterprises improve their innovation capabilities, and provide important scientific and technological support for the realization of comprehensive rural revitalization. After review and approval by the Science and Technology Bureau of Keqiao District, four scientific research service teams of our university were selected as the teams of science and technology commissioners.

The Office of Scientific Research and Social Cooperation of our university will actively provide services for each team of science and technology commissioners, give full play to the advantages of the system of science and technology commissioners, and promote the teams of science and technology commissioners of our university to carry out scientific and technological support activities as soon as possible. All the teams are required to publicize scientific and technological policies, promote advanced and applicable technologies, provide agricultural skills training and other services based on the actual situations of the towns (sub-districts) where they stay, in order to steadily promote the progress of science and technology and the development of various undertakings of the towns and sub-districts in Keqiao District.
