On the afternoon of March 31st, the School of Management and China Communications Services Zhejiang Real Estate Company signed a university-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement. This is the first university-enterprise cooperation project signed by the Department of Property Management of the School of Management with a state-owned enterprise, which will provide a good platform for the students majoring in property management to enter a state-owned enterprise for internships and employment, and cooperative development of the Party branches of university and enterprise.

At the meeting, Qian Cheng, General Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Real Estate Company, pointed out that China Communications Services Zhejiang Real Estate Company was established through the former China Telecom Industry Group integrating the subsidiary business of the construction, maintenance, and logistics services of telecommunications networks. At present, China Communications Services Corporation will carry out digital transformation by relying on the information technology advantages of China Communications Services Network, and become one of the top ten companies in the property industry with the unique advantage of "intelligent enterprise doing property". Qian Cheng said that the company would further deepen university-enterprise talent training, design of smart property courses, development of smart property standards, and joint construction of Party branches. Yan Hong, Dean of the School of Management, introduced our university's "famous non-governmental university", "campuses in two cities", and "application for public management master’s degree program", "smart property" and other situations. Zhu Yi, Deputy General Manager, introduced the current situations and future development plans of the Company to the attendees with the theme of "integrated intelligent services and joint development to create the future".
