helping students broaden their internship and employment channels.
At the beginning of the event, Mr. Zhang Yanlin, the general manager of the company, introduced the company's achievements in recent years from the development history of Zhejiang health detection industry. Shen Hemei, from ZJSRU’s School of Biology and Environmental Engineering and currently the assistant to the general manager of the company, introduced Hangkang Company's organisational structure, business qualifications, business performance, corporate culture and development plan. Chen Tuming, ZJSRUalumni, has obtained the qualification of senior engineer and served as the deputy director of the subordinate department Occupational Health Research Institute. From personal job hunting, career development, theygave a vivid career development planning class for the younger students.
During the interactive communication session, the participating students spoke freely and asked the participants of the company aboutthevocational abilities required for internship and employment positions, job matching, assessment standards, business development plat forms etc. The company's participants patiently and gleefully answered their questions. Subsequently, under the leadership of alumni-teachers and students visited the company's testing centre and laboratory together, and was introduced to the relevant equipment.
The two sides conducted in-depth communication on the construction of internship bases and base licensing, the supply and demand of internship employment, having experienced working employees in the classroom, and scientific research cooperation between ZJSRU and Hangkang.
This visit helped to formalise the willingness for cooperation between the two sides,laying the foundation for the next stage of promoting the implementation of specific work.
