In order to promote Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, by focusing on the mission of "raising the flag, gathering people's hearts, and cultivating talents in new era, revitalizing culture, and showing the image", on the morning of March 15th, the School of Management of Zhejiang Shuren University held the nameplate awarding and signing ceremony for the New Era "Civilization Practice" Base at the Yangxunqiao Sub-District Cultural Center.
Tu Xinyong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Yangxunqiao Sub-District, pointed out that the "Civilization Practice" Base was an innovative model of "spiritual prosperity" and a win-win path of "university-local government cooperation", both parties needed to bravely explore the long-term and effective mechanism for the practice of civilization, work together and make efforts to build the "Civilization Practice" Base into a "sample" project of "spiritual prosperity" in Keqiao District.
And then, Liao Huayue and Tu Xinyong jointly unveiled the nameplate for the Base. Wang Weijun and Xu Shu signed a cooperation agreement as representatives of both parties.
In the end, Liao Huayue said that the School would take this opportunity to complete the volunteer services of civilization practice well and become a demonstration base, and put in more effort to do practical things, provide good services, and solve difficult problems for the people living in Yangxunqiao Sub-district. He pointed out that it was necessary to accurately meet the needs of local people, pay attention to carrying out in-depth and meticulous mental comforts and humanistic care, and strive to achieve precision, normalization and branding of volunteer services. At the same time, the School will improve the policy incentive mechanism to attract more students to actively participate in the volunteer services of civilization practice, and carry out distinctive and effective volunteer services in combination with themes such as rural revitalization, assistance to groups in need, and epidemic prevention and control.
After the signing ceremony, the volunteers of the School went to 22 villages (residence zones and communities) to carry out the volunteer services for epidemic prevention and control activities such as "guarding" entrances and distributing publicity documents together with all the instructors staying at villages, and made contributions of the "post-2000s generation" for epidemic prevention and control.
