In order to establish stable collaborative relationship between hospital and university, strengthen clinical teaching in higher medical education, ensure teaching quality and train high-level medical talents, and better prepare for the construction of the building of medical collegein our university at the same time, on October 13th, President Li Lu and Vice President Tong Guoyao led relevant leaders of the Medical College and campus construction department to visit Huzhou Central Hospital for research.
At the communication meeting, Principal Li Lu introduced the basic information of our university, he said that, as the teaching hospital of our medical college, Huzhou Central Hospitalwas conducive to the construction of the university's teaching staff, to deepen the training paths of medical talents in the new era, and to continuously promote the collaborative innovation and development of hospital, university and research. He hoped that both parties could carry out cooperation at various levels and in various forms and different fields in the future to promote the common development of both hospital and university. Ma Yuefeng, Director of the Hospital, introduced the basic information of Huzhou Central Hospital, he pointed out after nearly 80 years of development, the hospital had become a Grade 3 and First-class hospital with smart and convenient facilities, professional spirit, down-to-earth efforts and strong ability, provided a solid guarantee for joint construction of the teaching hospital, and would complete the teaching tasks with good quality strictly in accordance with the standards of a teaching hospital. Both parties had in-depth exchanges on the construction of hospital building and the cultivation of high-quality medical talents through cooperative education of hospital and university. Chen Weizhe, Executive Dean of our Medical College, and Ma Yuefeng, Director of the Hospital, held the cooperation signing ceremony on behalf of both parties.
Huzhou Central Hospital, formerly known as Zhejiang Provincial Infectious Disease Hospital and Zhejiang Provincial Secondary Hospital, was founded in 1944. It is the largest general hospital in northern area of Zhejiang province that integrates medical treatment, scientific research, teaching, prevention, health care and rehabilitation.
