From August 31 to September 4, 2015, Zhang Qing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Xu Xuqing, Principal of Zhejiang Shuren University, met professor Shuenn-Ren Cheng, Vice Principal of Cheng Shiu University in Taiwan, and Dr. Hao-Sian Chang, Director of the Office of International Affairs. The two sides summed up the achievements of the cooperation and exchange, discussed the follow-up cooperation in depth, and reached a number of cooperation projects and exchanges for deepening cooperation and common development.

The two sides signed the "Zhejiang Shuren University-Cheng Shiu University Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)" and opened the cooperation between the two schools on MOOCs.

During his visit, Shuenn-Ren Cheng was invited to make a thematic report on the "development of Taiwan's academic work and funding".

Dr. Hao-Sian Chang introduced the establishment and development of the "Window of the Ocean" MOOC at "Introduction to Window of Ocean MOOC of Cheng Shiu University & Online Teaching Exchange Meeting", and shared his experience in teaching of MOOCs.
